Shipping
We will ship your order via JP Post via standard shipping and provide international tracking. Get free shipping for orders worth $50 and above. Shipping takes 2 - 4 weeks depending on your country. You can check the status of your parcel here.
You can upgrade to Airmail shipping for an additional fee. Airmail shipping takes 1-2 weeks depending on your country.
*Note that duties may apply depending on your local customs office. Please make sure to check the de minis value for your country. (Anything below the de minis value will not be taxed. De minis value for the US is USD800 and de minis value for Australia is AUS1,000/USD680. )
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@artillerysupplies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that buyers will have to shoulder the return shipping fee if reason for return is change of mind.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We offer partial/full refunds for damaged items depending on the severity of the damage. Please send a picture of the damaged item to info@artillerysupplies.com. Kindly indicate your order reference number as well.

All our Copics are brand new and authentic from Japan. In the rare case that your items get damaged during delivery, rest assured we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the damage.
We will offer 100% full refund for items found with manufacturer defects within 3 months from purchase. 50% refund for items found with manufacturer defects within 365 days from purchase.
